The Buccaneer Outfit is one of the coolest looking outfit that is currently unreleased in GTA Online.
It's possible (not confirmed) that this outfit will be released in one of the weekly update in 2025, where you'll need to complete the Buried Treasure event by using your Metal Detector to obtain and find Buried Stashes in GTA Online.
Firstly, you'll need to find the Metal Detector throughout Los Santos, you can refer to the map below, it will be a random event where you'll see a blue blip on your minimap.
Once you obtain the Metal Detector, you can start a Cayo Perico Gather Intel Mission and head over to the island. When you open up your map, you'll see these question mark icons, just head over there and you can equip your metal detector and start searching for the highest signal where the Buried Treasures can be found.
